This Privacy Policy explains how HouseCall collects, uses, and protects your personal data. It also constitutes the Aviso de Privacidad required under Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).

Personal Data We Collect

HouseCall collects the following categories of personal data (datos personales) in order to provide on-demand home physician visit services:

2.2 Medical & Health Data (Sensitive Personal Data)

⚠️ Datos Personales Sensibles: The following constitute sensitive personal data (datos personales sensibles) under Article 3, Section VI of the LFPDPPP. Their collection requires your express written consent, which is obtained during app onboarding.

2.3 Location Data

Location data is only collected when you have an active visit request or ongoing visit. We do not track your location in the background when the app is not in use for a visit.

2.5 Payment Data

We never store your full card details. Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. HouseCall only receives a payment token and the last 4 digits of your card for display purposes. By completing payment, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

All Firebase data is stored on servers operated by Google LLC. While Google's infrastructure is global, your data may reside on servers located in the United States or other countries. By using HouseCall, you consent to this international transfer.

HouseCall does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

Your Rights (Derechos ARCO)

Under the LFPDPPP, you have the following rights over your personal data:

Opposition (Oposición) Object to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, in particular secondary purposes such as marketing.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the above rights, send a written request to privacy.housecall@aviantacapital.com including:

  1. Your full name and registered email address
  2. A clear description of the right you wish to exercise
  3. A copy of a valid government-issued ID (for identity verification)
  4. Any additional information relevant to your request

We will respond within 20 business days as required by Article 32 of the LFPDPPP. Where technically feasible, you may also manage some data directly in the app through your profile settings.

Right to Revoke Consent

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Note that revocation of consent for primary purposes will result in the inability to use the HouseCall service. To revoke consent, contact us at privacy.housecall@aviantacapital.com.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including:

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Minors

HouseCall is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us immediately at privacy.housecall@aviantacapital.com so we can delete the information.

Medical visits for minors may only be requested by a parent or legal guardian who accepts our Terms of Service on the minor's behalf.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
